Return and Exchange Policy
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS (MALAYSIA) / 10 WORKING DAYS (INTERNATIONAL). Return request after this period will not be entertained.
Through purchasing our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.
1. We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are not happy with your order, we will accept your return within 5 days of your order’s arrival.
2. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was received, i.e. tags intact, in original packaging, etc.
3. Used merchandise cannot be returned.
4. Sale items and items purchased using a promotional code are considered final, therefore cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.
5. Acceptable return and exchange reasons:
Bought wrong size ( Processing fee RM5 + postage to Peninsular Malaysia RM7 / postage to East Malaysia RM10 are chargeable)

6. Earrings are not accepted for return and exchange due to hygiene issues.
7. We have the right to reject any exchange request if the returned item is not in resellable condition. Processing fee is strictly not refunded. Please make sure your returned item is in original condition, without any scratches and defects before apply for return and exchange.

9. We will reply to your email within 48 hours to inform you the status of your application. Only items which we considered as faulty will be eligible for a refund or exchange.
10. A trackable postage service is recommended. We shall not be responsible for the loss of returned parcel during the postal process. Return postage cost will be borne by the buyer.
11. Customers can choose to refund if the item he/she wants to exchange is out of stock and not willing to wait for the restock.
12. Refunds will be made in the credit form of payment (Item price - shipping cost) ; RM7 for West Malaysia / RM10 for East Malaysia).
